Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores  ( INFONAVIT )

It is a tripartite public body in Mexico, with the participation of the worker sector, the business sector and the government. Its main function is to provide workers with housing-related mortgage and non-mortgage loans, as well as earn returns from retirement pension savings from the National Pension Fund.

Infonavit Credit

Mortgage credit granted by Infonavit if you are interested in buying a new or used home, building on your own land, repairing, expanding or improving your home or paying a mortgage that you already have with another financial institution. The maximum credit amount is $1,712,717.76.

Infonavit Total

Mortgage loan granted by Infonavit, in partnership with a financial institution, through which you can have the maximum credit capacity (maximum amount of $1,955,291.52) if you are interested in buying a new or used home of any value.

Your  2.º  Infonavit Credit

Crédito hipotecario para derechohabientes que ya ejercieron un primer crédito. Es otorgado por el Infonavit en coparticipación con otra entidad financiera, la tasa de interés es fija y el monto máximo es de hasta $1,943,040.32.

Secure Credit

Program in conjunction with  Banco del Ahorro Nacional and Servicios Financieros (Bansefi), with which you can save a monthly amount of money and at the end you can register your application to obtain an Infonavit credit; the amount you save will be added to your Infonavit credit. From the beginning you will be able to know the amount you need to save to obtain your credit. You will have to save from 5 to 15 percent of the amount of credit you can obtain, depending on the Infonavit points you have and the term you choose to pay your credit. For this credit product, the maximum amount is $1,712,717.76.

Mejoravit

Credit granted to whoever is interested in improving or repairing the home, painting, waterproofing, changing kitchen or bathroom furniture, or making improvements; Acquire equipment that is needed (the owner or a family member) with a disability to increase security and ability to move around the house. It is worth mentioning that the Mejoravit credit was reactivated in 2016, with a credit amount from $3,552.67 to $54,885.38. In addition, thanks to the granting of a card, in which the resources are deposited and used in authorized businesses to make purchases, the possibility of fraud or misuse of said resources is significantly reduced.
